Shipping times:

International:

Shipments are delivered within 3-10 working days via express couriers GLS or Poste Italiane

We process and dispatch all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be delays. We kindly ask our customers to wait patiently for a few more days if necessary.

SHIPPING TO COLLECTION POINT

We also offer shipping to the nearest Italian post office collection point, at a cost of €8, for those who are not often at home, so as not to have delivery problems and additional costs!

Delays:
Soryna is not responsible for delays due to natural events or circumstances beyond our control, including any delays by the courier itself.
Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Failure to Deliver:
In case the parcel cannot be delivered to the indicated address due to errors in address entry by the customer or the absence of the recipient, the parcel will be returned to "Soryna". In this case, all shipping costs, any additional costs (such as duties or taxes) and the cost of returning the parcel will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Reimbursement:
In the event of a refund request for an undelivered package or other issues, the customer will be required to pay the original shipping costs in full, which will not be refunded. Therefore, the refund amount will be limited to the cost of the product, net of shipping costs and any other additional costs, such as import taxes or other costs related to the failed delivery.
